RUN DON’T WALK. Communication is top notch, a sharp eye for detail, exceptional experience with insurance companies. You truly need to have someone who knows how to do the “dance” with insurance companies. Platinum Adjusters did a fantastic job from start to finish. We came home from an international trip to find our roof severely damaged from a nasty storm a few days prior. Xavier came out immediately - literally within half an hour of our email - and took control right away - did a full inspection of the roof, tarped the big problem areas, handled our insurer professionally and seamlessly (which saved us both time and a huge headache) and - most importantly - made sure the process ended with a beautiful new roof. The crew was prompt and professional, did a great job keeping our garden protected as they worked, and were meticulous with cleanup. We are very, very pleased with the outcome!

We had significant hail and wind damage on our roof. We called Platinum adjusters to get an estimate on replacing our roof. Xavier came out and confirmed that our roof needed to be replaced. He tarped the damaged areas and contacted our homeowners insurance company. Xavier was able to get the job approved and covered by our insurance very quickly. The whole process was so easy and seamless! Xavier took care of everything and kept us informed every step of the way. Everyone on his crew was polite, professional and very thorough.
