Me and my partner are in the process of buying our first home together. Initially this was quite an overwhelming process where we didn’t really know where to start or what to do. We were recommended to speak with Dec from Plura early on into the process and I am really glad we took the advice. From day one Dec has been great. He’s made the process much easier for us. He is very personable and has been great at helping us understand. I would also add that he has lots of patience for silly questions!
Dec has helped us get the best mortgage rate and Kath has been great too and regularly emails us to let us know if we are on the best rate. If the rate was to change, we would be informed and we could then be changed onto a better rate. This has saved us both a lot of time and effort and is reassuring to know we are getting the best deal.
We have been updated on things throughout and Dec always asks how we feel and makes sure we understand things.

Dec set up a group chat for us so that any questions we have, he can answer quickly. I’ll also add that he went above and beyond when it came to this and he got back to us when I suspect he was not even working!

Dec has advised us on all things insurance and has helped us to get an idea of the price of things and all the extra costs related to running a home that we may not have considered.

Overall I would strongly recommend the Plura team and I am really grateful for the excellent quality service I have received.
