Sean and team made sure I didn't have any worries throughout this insurance claim process. They handled everything and got my roof replaced in such a timely and efficient manner. The contractor they referred to do the work was also amazing and great communicator when it came down to any questions or scheduling.

The company did a great job in assisting with my roof claim. They were communicative and kept me informed of what was going on without asking me to dive in with them. It was nice to watch someone handle it for me.. especially something as stressful as getting a roof claim approved and taken care of.

Terrible experience. They received our policy from our insurance company, and then didn't even read it. They told the roofing company we were covered, which we weren't - only 68%. Then, when we asked why they didn't see that, they said because we never sent them our policy. Well, our insurance agent confirmed that she definitely did send it to them. Waste of money. They get paid for terrible service and zero work. They risk nothing and always get paid because of the way the whole thing works. I do NOT recommend anyone work with this company.

My Roofing Contractor, Bonner Built, introduced me to Portal Claims. Portal Claims dealt directly with my insurance company, through the entire process of replacing my roof. I talked with my insurance company once and Portal Claims handled the rest. Everyone was paid as expected. A terrific and professional experience.

I have used Portal Claims on two occasions. Both occasions they did a phenomenal job. I interacted with Zack who met with my insurance adjuster and had many conversations with Sean as well. This company is a class act and will fight for you against the insurance companies. My insurance company was wanting to only do a partial claim on my roof. Portal Claims was able to fight for a total roof repair. Don't let the insurance companies bully you. Make sure you have a professional on your side fighting for you. I highly recommend Portal Claims. You won't be disappointed

I highly recommend Sean Carrigan @ Portal Claims. I referred my mother to him and he absolutely nailed the claims process for her new roof. Nailed it! He also recommended the best possible roofer for the project, Jose @ Rhino Roofing. The process was seamless and pain free. I was also surprised how quickly it all went. I will recommend Sean to all of my family and friends in the future. He is committed and very detailed. As an interior designer, I’m extremely picky about every detail, and he provided so much detail that this was easy peasy! Thank you Sean!
