Very frustrating experience. Their solicitors made basic admin errors that led to many delays and requested lots of additional information that my solicitor felt was unnecessary. Completion date was missed as they took 48 hours to release funds.

Awful customer service from Yasmin, after going through a traumatic period in my life and experiencing redundancy and literally telling them I'm on the edge of a nervous breakdown. I requested a temporary payment holiday. Yasmin and her cold, uncaring, detached from emotion style of customer service is enough to drive anyone on the brink over the edge. Her little judgey attitude, telling me I should be buying a loaf of bread as its cheaper, when I cant even eat bread, because she doesnt want to add £50 to my expenditure form!!!! Who the HELL does she think she is!!!! Why do they put these people with no life experience in roles to deal with sensitive issues when shes as sensitive as an Elephant in a china shop!! No empathy, zero emotional intelligence and at a time were the suicide rate is off the scale. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Have used Precise Mortgages for 2 bridging transactions in November 2022 followed by 2 remortgages in 2023 of the 2 properties. I have then used again in October 2024 for a refurb BTL and just completed on the remortgage for the house.

The most bridging transaction was time sensitive as was my first auction purchase and this was very smooth throughout. The remortgage was also fairly smooth. My only criticism was it was much slower for the mortgage offer to come out. It wasn't overly long but far slower than the bridge offer. On the bridge the offer was out a couple of days or so after the valuation whereas on the remortgage it was closer to 7-8 working days. Apart from that I will continue to use Precise as I feel I have a good business relationship with them and they value me going back to them for repeat business.

Inefficient, slow and zero customer service.
Of the seven mortgage providers I regularly deal with Precise are, without doubt, the very worse.
Their tagline is "Mortgages without the faff" - This could not be farther from the reality of dealing with this awful organisation.
We were told that a mortgage was in place when it was not - can a mortgage provider make a worse or more fundamental mistake than that?
Precise are truly terrible.
Complaint email sent over a month ago unanswered.
