I had a frozen pipe burst due to the extreme cold weather in Georgia and due to previous mishaps with my insurance company and adjusters turning me away I honestly thought maybe I shouldn’t fight and sell my home. I tried one last time searching and that’s when I found Precision Claim Consultants. From day one I spoke to Luke and he insured me that everything will work out perfectly and it did! He handled the chaos while reassuring me that everything was fine. I had so much faith in Luke and his team that I wasn’t scared nor worried whenever I was contacted about the claim. I would also love to commend the library of teams that Precision has from contractors, litigations, designers, etc. they’re also phenomenal! If I could recommend anyone to help with claim big or small I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Claim Consultants!! I love you guys!

People, I'm sorry to say that this company does not live up to the Greatest standards. Over 2 years ago we has a Hail Storm. This company Precision Claim Consultants ( Humble Roofing & Restoration) came out and assessed my roof and found that it was damaged and needed work. Of course, they contacted the Insurance company on my behalf to get the ball rolling. The roofing company came out for further assessments, removing shingles and leaving the roof with no shield or protection from the elements, thus causing leakage to the roof. After further investigation with both the insurance and the roofing company, the insurance wrote a check to repair or replace the damaged property. The check of course was made out to both the company and myself. After countless numbers of times that I contacted PCC and their promise to get back to me were over looked. I contacted the insurance Co. and found that PCC cashed the check, forged my signature and still not contacting me. Finally, I reached out to Humble Roofing. Still promising to get back with me. Almost a month later I received a check for $5321.87. PCC kept $1725.68 for work they did not do. They also caused me to lose $5000.00 (+) from the insurance because of their procrastination and negligence. PCC/Humble Roofing & Restoration did absolutely no work on my roof what so ever!! People, do not use this company to consult with your insurance, or hire them to repair your property. Consult with you insurance company yourself. Precision Claim Consultants/ Humble Roofing & Restoration are Thieves, they are Fraudulent and Deceptive.

Luke was the only person out of about 10 calls to different attorneys and adjusters who took the time out to give us advice on the next steps we should take. He gave us step by step instructions on what we should do. We needed help because our insurance company wanted to total our car and he had the right attitude towards us. Helpful! We were very fortunate to deal with Precision Claims when hail damage was found on the roofs of two of our rental homes. They came out promptly to inspect both properties and filed the claims with our insurance right away. The entire process from inspection to repairs was handled seamlessly by Precision and we were kept up to date throughout what paperwork/steps were required of us.

Our contractor completed the roof replacements less than 2 weeks after the claims were approved. Precision Claims made the whole insurance claim and repair process headache-free during a stressful situation. Our tenants were thrilled to have new roofs installed so quickly. My experience with Luke and his incredible staff @ Precision Claims is a story that has to be shared for all to hear! We had issues with a name brand carrier, go figure, and Luke and his squad took on the claim with no hesitation. It can seem frustrating as a contractor/roofer when shhhh hits the fan and the feeling that sets in when you start to wonder if you will be able to fulfill your clients needs as well as your own. Within 3 weeks of all signatures required, estimate and photo report’s generated, and correspondence with the carrier, Luke and squad had the carrier scheduled to revisit the property. They nailed the meeting with the adjuster and engineer like they were all best friends and smiles all around. Completely different than my prior visit with the Jack Wagon carrier and newbie 3rd party inspector. The final results after that day of Precision stepping foot on the property led to the insured having all damages paid for, but not just paid for, they were paid extremely well ? ? ? ?. Damages were approved that I didn’t even realize were even there! My client was so impressed that she gave me 3 of her neighbors as referrals!!! To sum up my short story here…Trust in Precision, for they will not just handle your claim, they will go above and beyond your expectations and bring your clients peace and restore their properties the way they should be !!!
