Absolute waste of time. Sent in all the details of a new claim then had to wait for nearly a month for a decision. After several phone calls to chase a decision I finally had a response of “declined” as the damaged area was over 30cm. This was because the damage was on the rear door and a 2cm scratch on the rear wheel arch.

Don’t waste your time or money with this company as it costs £500 for the policy, each successful claim you pay £100 excess and they WILL decline anyway they can so I’d save the money and just pay a reputable smart repairer should you get a visit from the local car park moron and not these clowns.

When purchasing a vehicle through finance the dealership had a partnership with this company. I didn't know much about them until I unfortunately had a crash in December and had to contact them so I could work on covering the cost for my vehicle. As it was around Christmas the service was paticularly slow and there was multiple times when I had uploaded documents and then they had asked for the same ones a few days later. I found it more helpful to call someone up than receiving emails from the admin team because you can't respond to them. Thankfully the claim was approved and I did recieve the payment for my vehicle. Overall the service is average but as its my first time having gap insurance I can't compare other places. What I would say is gap insurance did save me from having to pay out a lot of money and I would recommend people to get it.

Fraudsters and a waste of time and money. I had my car broken in to and my insurance company and the police looked in to it and paid me out in 3 days, I went to my gap insurance and 8 months later they’re sending me from pillar to post sending me the same documents over and over again in different formats. I’ve made many complaints and now they are “investigating for fraud” as my insurance policy was new, spent hours on the phone including a 3 hour phone call with a notary and they won’t pay out, please report this company to avoid this happening to other people they are making a fortune and wasting peoples time. At every level and stage they have done nothing on time or as they should, absolute joke and remorseless about it. They have no intentions of settling claims, use aviva they’re spot on paid my claim in 3 days

I have emailed premia solutions twice in the last week and they have not even bothered to respond. I am new and the cant even fulfil the basic customer service. I am seriously stressed because if they cant even reply to an email how would they be of any help when I want to claim. I am NOT happy with their low level of customer service and will continue posting 1 star ratings till they get their act together and start providing a proper customer service.

SCAM!!! Took out alloy and tyer cover when I bought new car.. made a claim within one week of damages and they refused the claim
Your literally paying for a bit of paper with some writing on it... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will find any excuse not to do the work you have paid cover for

I had an existing policy with Premia Solutions Ltd. for a car I bought last year. I purchased a brand new car last week and just rang them to request a refund. They have refused to refund me because I made one claim the previous year. I have paid hundreds of pounds for a three-year plan for nothing now that I don't have a car. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

The specialist assigned by Premia only performed a touch-up on the stone chips, and the result is no better than if I had used a touch-up pen myself. Given this outcome, I’m left questioning the value of purchasing minor damage repair insurance instead of simply buying a touch-up pen.
