Over 2 months ago I requested a pension valuation. Nothing arrived so 4 weeks ago I emailed and was told 'we are awaiting sign off from the actuaries in order to provide quotations'. As of today I've not received a valuation. Truly terrible service with seemingly no Service level agreements in place.
