Claire helped me find a number of mortgage options, she was quick, professional, & efficient. All it took from me was 1 phone call and sending a few documents, Claire did the rest.
While it is possible to find mortgage deals myself, last time I did it I spend ages trawling through comparison sites and applying to the different banks - using a mortgage adviser cuts down on so much of that. Would definitely recommend.
