Absolutely delighted with the service I received, Peter saved me thousands (not kidding) on my household insurance that had substance issues. Will be offering them all my motor renewals when they expire. Give them a go with your insurance requirements, you will be glad that you did., I didn't think this level of service was still alive and kicking these days .

We have just taken over a new business and needed insurance for the premises. We contacted Primassure Ltd following a recommendation and they couldn't have been more helpful. This is our first business and they talked us through all our options and proved to be very competitive and due to their customer service we decided to go with them. I had no idea that personal service like this still exists. You phone a local number and a local person actually answers your call! I had a travel insurance policy with Primassure and had my camera stolen on holiday. Not one but two claims were paid very quickly, without any fuss. One for my camera and another for the lens. Thank you Primassure.

Hi my name is Lewis Jenner. I have been using primassure for over 15 years. My wife's car and my car insurance is with them, not only that,but we have our house and contents insurance with
Primassure also. We have just purchased a motorhome, and will also be insureing with Primassure. Whether it be a Saturday morning phone call or the end of the day, every member of primassure are so very helpfulI. I rang Saturday the 18th about 10 o'clock and Rob Andrew was on the end of the phone, within 5 minutes he had all my details in front of him, by about 10.35 Rob had dealt with both car insurances and then dealt with the homes contents insurance too. Amazing... what a service on a Saturday, to speak to in this case Rob , no call centers or being put on hold or passed to another department, giving all my details out again. One phone call to Rob ,all answered ,all taken care of ,brilliant, excellent service as always. Thank you again, I will not be changing my insurance company to any one ,ever. All sorted, all taken care of and I know all our paper work will be on the door step this week.........thank you everyone at Primassure, excellent service fantastic company .
