Priory Estates has managed a property my sister and I co-own in Frinton for the past ten years, and has provided competent, reasonably-priced service throughout this time. They respond promptly to emails, and dealt swiftly with any issues that have come up, providing referrals to contractors and repairmen as needed. They have also carried out regular property inspections, and handled several changes of tenant smoothly. I highly recommend them.

When I am contacted it is always in a friendly and efficient way and if there is a problem then I am told what it is, given the possible options and any advice I need to make a decision on the action to be taken.
