Having been let down by our previous broker and then having tried to find home insurance through three other brokers but with no luck (listed house, previous water claims) we were recommended Priory by our mortgage broker and they were absolutely fantastic. Courtney was tireless in finding us an insurer and giving us peace of mind. She was helpful, polite, informative and very professional at all times and I cannot recommend her or Priory highly enough. Used them for 3 years, suddenly without any warning and with no basis, they cancelled my house insurance and left me high and dry. Even though I appealed, they ignored and summarily cancelled. Hard attitude & unprofessional service - DON'T USE!
