Prism Network Ltd dealt with my insurance claim for storm damage to my garden wall, due to contractor issues Salihah Burgess was in constant contact with me with updates to re assure me that she was in contact with the contractors to have this resolved. This was resolved and although it took a while all has been completed. The contact from Prism and Salihah Burgess was totally professional, a few bits to clean up and Finnish !!! after contractors !! however all completed. First Class service from Prism Network Great commination. Contractor could have been a been a little more tidy when complete ( JD Pecula) however very professional with what they completed.

Prism dealt with my insurance claim for damage caused by a burst thermostat in the bathroom. They were very thorough and were able to push through the claim fairly quickly as I had arranged contractors to come in and repair the works. The lady dealing with my claim was very reliable, proffessional and communicated well. She was also very helpful further down the line when I needed documentation to provide to the Local Council to highlight the house was uninhabitable.

I have been very pleased with the service by Prism Network following a claim for water damage to my property. What had been a very stressful period was aleviated by their professionalism to ensure the repairing process went as quickly and as smoothly as possible . I can't praise Prism Network Ltd highly enough after returning from holiday to find the downstairs of my house flooded due to a leaking water meter. Their administration, communication, professionalism and support was impeccable throughout the whole drying out and reinstatement periods of my home. They always kept in touch with me and organised the contractor works and logistics perfectly which is most important during such a traumatic and anxious experience. I have never in my life time dealt with a company who disregards their customers and treats them so poorly. I have been in talks with Prism for over 6 months and they have completed only 10% of the works and have asked me to project manager my own works. absolutely disgraceful the way they treat their customers. example I have called them over 35 times in 2 weeks and we are still where we wore 3 months back! words fail me... I can't express how upset and stressed I am, they don't take responsibility and are quick to pass you on and blame the insurance company. I wouldn't rate them any stars.

Dealt with work in my flat to fix damage from a leak. It wasn't particularly fast, but all the work was done to a good standard and I was kept informed though out.
