I engaged Alex at Pro Safety Management when I was looking for a training supplier that would go beyond just delivering a course. Alex worked collaboratively with me to understand our organisation at Three and to ensure he delivered a course that was engaging, meaningful and beneficial to us as an organisation. Alex and his team profiled the learners and delivered a course which everyone enjoyed. During training Alex and Nat evaluated the group participation and changed styles and activity to really connect with and stretch the candidates. Post-course feedback from candidates was really positive and Alex and Nat also provided some valuable insight from the sessions. It was also great value for such high quality training. I met Alex in his capacity as a tutor when I was studying the NEBOSH Diploma. Alex was a refreshing addition to the syllabus. He had a great approach and years of industry experience to bring the course to life. His creativity with the content made some of the most technically complicated content stick. He was also able to take on the scenarios of the class and coach them in line with the topics covered.

Following the NEBOSH Diploma I decided to continue my development with Alex using his performance coaching services. Over the course of a year I have made noticeable progress as a result of these sessions. They provide an invaluable safe space to look at both personal and professional goals.

Alex has a real interest and passion for health and safety with profound ideas and experience. He is also pushing the boundaries into the world of wellbeing which slots in perfectly as we move on in the health and safety profession.
