Nothing but a positive experience while dealing with this recruitment agency, most specifically Jessica, the manager who dealt with me personally. She went above and beyond to deal with all my enquiries and ensure I had everything I needed to meet all the starting requirements. The process was very person-centered to me and my needs, as I did initially have a few barriers to get over, but she solved them with ease. I've been eager to get started and Jessica went out of her way to contact me every day for reassurance and progression updates for my induction - including emailing other managers/contractors out of hours on my behalf. Even while remaining professional, she was extremely friendly and easy to talk to/get along, which has given me great confidence to start and helped overcome any first day anxiety. I would highly recommend this agency, and hope anybody applying for recruitment gets to deal with Jessica and her welcoming approach.
