What an outstanding experience. I filled in the online form and within 30 minutes Dan called, even though it was late in the day. He asked useful, pertinent questions that didn't make me feel like I was just a number going through an automated process, and was able to give me helpful guidance on my application. We're a new company with very little banking history, but he was able to match us with a lender who was willing to provide vehicle finance to us.
