Not only did they beat deals I'd been offered previously by my bank and another advisor but they took the stress out of buying my first home guiding me every step of the way and even helping me understand my survey. The advice was simple and impartial and they made recommendations based on what they believed was right for me (I didn't want to overstretch myself monthly so they helped me understand my affordability).
