I worked with Samantha Kopelow and the amazing team at Property Adjusters for a claim at my home. I own an historic property and with that comes issues. We couldn't be happier with Kevin and his team. We had hesitancy with the fees, and concerns that we'd be out of pocket for part of the claim.
That was all put to rest at the end. We had a 150' 4.5 ton tree fall on our house. Kevin exceeded our expectations. He is a knowledgeable, highly experienced professional, and knows a fair amount of the insurance adjusters that come out from your insurance company with established relationships and knowledge that can work in your favor. He knows the laws and what the insurance company won't volunteer to replace without a professional in your corner. He found plenty in our case that we would have never have thought could be included. He dealt with everything and we practically didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all.
We can't say enough, and highly recommend!
