Loren was our adjuster for a terrible water damage incident with our insurance carrier - the dreaded State Farm. When others wouldn't even help, Property Claims Consultants not only said they would assist but insisted they would be with us every step of the way, even if it was 6 months, or however long. State Farm tried every trick in the book to deny us, at one point making it obvious they were actively trying to deny coverage and Loren was there front and center at every single step. As a business owner myself I could only hope to have someone work for my company with a fraction of the dedication Loren and the rest of the Property Claims Consultants team has for their customers because there is simply just nothing like it. Early mornings, late nights (literally), it didn't matter. Loren was always there with an update or reassurance, responding to a text or email like it was literally his house he was fighting for.

Beau and David were amazing to talk with. I am going through my first ever homeowners claim right now and I live across the country from my property.
