I took life insurance out with vitality life back in August I was told that after my 6th payment I'd receive a Amazon echo. I chased this up back in March to be told it was prosurance that dealt with the gift. Spoke to a man called Samuel he emailed me for my details and that's the last iv heard anything. Calling and it just rings out no emails back. Raging isn't the word.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, took my life insurance policy out through them 7 months ago and was supposed to get a fitbit sent out to me and I am still waiting. Nearly 100 phone calls logged on my phone trying to get a hold of them, 12 emails and around 10 facebook messages and I am still chasing my fitbit. 90% of the time you phone them and no one answers and the phone just rings out, 8% of the time they just take your details and tell you they will get someone to call you back and no one calls you back and the last 2% you get to speak to someone to try sort this out and come off the phone feeling like you have taking 20 steps backwards and today I got told they closed their life insurance department down temporarily to concentrate on their mortgage department side since they have moved premises so that means I have been forgotten about once again and chucked into the deep dark abyss and I feel like they hope I will just forget about it. I have been in contact with the my life Insurance provider who have now logged a complaint and are chasing this up and I have also been in contact with the financial ombudsman who are more than willing to take on the case due to the length of time it has taking Prosurance to sort this out. I actually dont know how this company is still in business if this is the way they are running it, if I could have giving less than 1 star I would have.

Ring me multiple times per week asking for someone else. As I am not that person they refuse to remove my number from their 'system'. It is moving well past harassment now.
Staff are extremely aggressive and rude.
I would avoid dealing with these people at all costs.

*having previously advised you that any further contact would incur a charge, today you contacted me again, 2 minutes 2 second call @ £25/minute or part there of plus £25 for answering. My invoice is on it's way.

Opened the policy 4 months ago with the promise of a free gift Xbox one s, when you call you either get a person who says Some WILL call you back (it doesn’t happen) or it just rings out! Something isn’t quite right here!

Doing a claim for me at the moment but when I rang before some guy answered and said there is nobody to take my call. He then handed me to somebody else who lied Been trying to ring now and it just rings and no answer. They need to sort this out

Amazing service. Being self employed I don’t get any statutory sick pay and these arranged an amazing income protection cover for me. The after care team is amazing as well. I couldn’t be happier.

Sorted all my insurance for me. I thought i was getting a great deal until i learned my policy expired at 65. Great advice and i know now my family is properly protected.

Took out my life insurance with HSBC who now I find out prosurance look after my details when I took insurance out I was offered a free gift after 6 months of full payments
I've called emailed so many time I've lost count always to be told so.eone will call you back in 10 to 15 minutes 9 month in to policy and still waiting for someone to call
This is the worst company I've ever spoken to they just dont care as long as they getting your money every month
As for the gifts probably the manager gave to his staff for Christmas presents absolute joke of a company
So if your taking life insurance out make sure you ask who's looking after it for you because if it prosurance keep well away
