I enquired a week ago, I have been hounded with calls daily, I then messaged to say that I will get in touch when I'm interested and then got a passive aggressive call from Matt this morning when i reiterated my point he then said " I guess life insurance isn't important to you then" and then hanged up on me.. when all i was saying is i need time as he called me when I'm working. I just found this too pushy. I understand that there's targets in insurance but its not a great look being this pushy on customers.

Connor helped me so much with my life insurance, he was amazing. Because English is not my first language l ve asked him to try to speak with me a bit slowly to help me understand 100%, or, at least 99%?. He was amazing, l didn’t tell him the second time, he has spoken all the time very clearly and understandable. Great sense of humour and always very helpful, explained me everything. Thank you Connor, very professional and polite. Very satisfied with your help, you deserve more than 5 stars ?

Took out a policy but received documents in the wrong name. After over a month and several conversations - all of which were initiated by me not them - I was told no corrected documents would be issued. I have no proof of cover. Very keen to sell a policy to you but poor follow up.
