AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Protect Your Bubble worst insurance ever! From start tried to say I was committing fraud with my claim. Then 2 weeks later I call up to see what's happening as it's been ages. Only to be told my phone was scrapped as deemed unrepairable. Was a brand new pixel 9 only had a cracked screen. Apparently after repair it failed quality checks. Clearly that was on them as was fully working when sent in.
So said it would be a refurbished phone sent as replacement, like for like. Bearing in mind mines was only few weeks old!
Never once mentioned it wouldn't be the same colour etc. You guessed it not same as my last phone different colour not new and now I have no come back with warranty as it's no my original phone ?

I've been using Protect your Bubble for all my gadgets, and they've been fantastic. This is the second time my laptop screen was cracked by accident, and both times the insurance dealt with it promptly. No issues at all—received it back very quickly. Very happy with the service. Thank you

The claims process was extremely easy and straightforward. My phone couldn’t be repaired, so Protect Your Bubble replaced it with another iPhone 12 for which I’m extremely grateful. I’ve had this policy for circa 15 years, in which time I’ve made 3 claims. 2 of the claims were due to the fact I lost my iPhone, and the most recent one was due to the fact my iPhone was damaged. All 3 claims were approved. This company is fantastic and I highly recommend to anyone looking to take out a gadget policy.

I just logged into my account after being a customer for years with no problems and it says EXPIRED next to my policy (for how long I do not know) but they are taking my monthly payments and I have an email from last November stating my cover will continue on a monthly basis… this is beyond a joke. I will be calling on Monday and expecting a swift resolution to this with compensation

Absolute Disgrace. Have paid a policy for two items for 7 years. I have now been to claim for a lost item, and have been asked for the original purchase receipt in order to validate my ownership or the serial number of the item thats been lost! The company were more than happy to take my money for the duration of the policy, but expect me keep 7 year old receipts. Thieving business with sarcastic and unhelpful employees. This would be 0 stars if it were possible.

I had the worst customer service experience with Protect your Bubble, and I feel completely let down by their handling of my claim. After my phone was stolen, I followed all steps and provided all necessary documents. My claim was rejected due to an error made by my network provider, EE, who initially blocked the wrong phone on my account. Protect your Bubble ignored all evidence I provided from EE confirming their mistake, including a proof of blacklisting document and even an email where EE admitted fault.

Despite my numerous calls, emails, and submitted documents explaining the error, Protect your Bubble refused to acknowledge the mistake. They completely ignored EE’s admission and insisted on rejecting my claim based on inaccurate information. When I tried to discuss my case, they wouldn’t even allow me to speak with anyone responsible for assessing my claim. Multiple attempts to escalate this to their complaints department were shut down with a Final Decision Letter, dismissing all evidence and context.

I feel scammed and would warn anyone against using Protect your Bubble. Their refusal to review a claim accurately or provide a fair discussion is unacceptable. This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
