Today, I cancelled my insurance cover with this company. To my disbelief, they said they would not refund the payments I made. In contrast to many other insurance companies, which provide refunds if you cancel your policy within a year, they refused to return my money. My advice to everyone is to steer clear of this company, as their practices are akin to theft.

I made a claim and heard nothing back from them.
They don't have any problem taking my money every month.
I cancelled the direct debit, they reinstated and took more money.
I had problems contacting them, in the end I had to go through my bank to get it all stopped.
It's a con.

The cancellation email is void I emailed all thier emails within 14 days to cancel even though the one in booklet is rubbish , they keep trying take direct debit even though you cancel , useless
