Our insurance company tried to low ball us on a big water claim. We got in touch with Elvis and when all was said and done he got us an additional 50K that we never would have gotten had we not had Elvis on our side. I would highly recommend his services.

Elvis is NOT THE GUY unless you have a huge loss. He is after the big fish—understandably so, people have to eat. The reason for my low view is because I contacted him in early December and he promised to send a retainer out. Did not. All I received were standard copy paste text messages and avoidance. He had no intention of taking on my claim and did not have the decency to tell me so, so I could find someone else or just deal with it myself and get reamed by Allstate like the rest of their customers. I was so disappointed because Elvis talked a great game and seemed very sincere and very invested in helping me get my claim settled. I provided all the documentation immediately and made sure to follow up (not in a pest way but in a dutiful client way) but he essentially brushed me off and after the third week I learned why—upon speaking to a second public adjuster, I was finally clued in to the big secret…public adjusters don’t like to take small claims (mine was just at about 6K) because that isn’t where the money is for them. So even with 20% Elvis would not have been able to take a vacation…my claim wasn’t worth much and he didn’t value my time enough to tell me that upfront.

Calculate beforehand…these people are only here for the big fish. Elvis can and will help you but only if he’s gonna get a few thousand for himself.

I am embarrassed that I hired this public adjuster. I feel scammed. A very stressful situation was made a hundred times worse and then I had to pay an incredible amount to separate from him. I wish I had never heard of this guy.
