Worst company I have encountered thus far. I was told I would receive a courtesy review of my insurance claim and whether or not the company would entertain my claim. Lisa the representative who took my call stated she would get back to me in 24 hours after reviewing my claim. Well that never happened!! Three days after no response, I called back and was told there was a meeting scheduled mid-day with the rest of the phantom board, to determine if my case with be pursued, at which point I would receive a call before end of business to notify me of their decision. Never received a call!! Several days later I called back and was finally told to go pound sound; they would not be taking my case.

I found this very disingenuous and for lack of a better term BS!! Lisa the rep who had been taking my calls knew my predicament with my insurance company and that I was already in a 2 month battle fighting for my rights as the insured. Yet she couldn't even give me the courtesy of calling to let me know they wouldn't be taking my case. Shame on you!!
