I own a large commercial climate controlled warehouse in West Denver that had a water line break and created a massive water loss in my building, destroying many of the contents and much of the interior. My insurance company did not want to cover ANY of the loss because they said the loss was due to water coming up from the ground (they didn't even test the water line itself). I hired Public Insurance Adjusters of Colorado to help me and they immediately brought in experts to confirm the broken water line (the master plumber that they used did a complete diagnostic evaluation). After several months of fighting with my insurer, they were able to get the entire claim paid, including the lost and damaged contents that were being held in storage for my clients. They turned a denied claim into a final settlement of close to $800K. I am so grateful for all of their help and would recommend them to any commercial building owner who has an insurance claim.

I worked with Skeet Tomlin on a supplemental claim from a roofing company that was denied by my insurance provider. Skeet walked me through my policy and gave me the information and tools I needed to request an appeal. With his guidance I was able to discuss the denial with the adjuster and convince them to reverse their decision and cover the loss! I have several apartment buildings in the Denver Metro area. I reached out to Public Insurance Adjusters after one of my tenants caused a fire which affected several units in my building. My insurance company didn't provide any funds for repairs for several months, but after I hired PIAC, they were able to have experts evaluate the damage, including smoke related damage that had gone unnoticed, and submit their findings to my insurer. After they received the information that PIAC provided, I was paid in full for the loss and was able to repair the units. They were also able to get me paid back on the lost rents. I am very happy with the service they provide and will use them if I have another claim.

Public Insurance Adjusters of Colorado helped me get my entire roof and 4 windows replaced after a hail storm in Aug. 2020. Initially my insurance company sent an Engineer to evaluate my roof and write a report that said there was no hail damage to my home at all. This was ridiculous because we sent in photos and video of the hail and the damage. After fighting with them for many months and getting nowhere, I contacted PIAC. They inspected my roof and windows and had another Engineer refute the findings of the insurance company's Engineer. In the end, they had to admit their mistake and pay for an entire roof replacement and windows. I would call before even reporting a claim, if I have another claim.
