Whilst I'm loathe to post a negative review, I have unfortunately received multiple spam emails from this company regarding insurance services. I've sent enquiries in, and removed myself from the mailing list, only to find myself re-added a few months later. It's a shame, as I am sure they offer a great service, but this behaviour does somewhat deflect me from using their services. Not professional.

Edit - a few months of peace and quiet and now they are back…

This company appears to be a SPAMMER!!

I have been receiving unsolicited emails from this company. It appears that Purbeck subscribes to shady mass marketing email campaigns that use scraped email address lists.

The emails follow the pattern of a group of spam advertising campaigns which constantly send unsolicited, irrelevant offers for services to an email address that was never submitted to any company.

If Purbeck uses unsavoury, nuisance marketing practices it makes one wonder about their general standards and integrity.

I have received spam - an unsolicted and unwanted - email from this company, and they have failed to respond to my request for details of how they have come to use my details. They have not responded, which is unethical in any business communication.

A "Mike Crilly" claiming to represent this company has been sending me unsolicited spam emails trying to sell me insurance. I don't know if they are a legitimate company or not, but would not now ever consider using them.
