Got me back into employment as soon as I registered with them, a lovely team of staff that will do anything to ensure you are happy and thriving wherever the agency has placed you. All the staff go above and beyond for an individual, and being epileptic, I find it hard to get back into employment as most employers dont really want to risk having such a person on their sites, I honestly cant commend this agency enough... if you're around the north wales area and are stuck for work, this agency is the only one worth going with! Much love for all the staff here, each and every one of them will go above and beyond for you

The recruiter who called me was quite patronising. She clearly hadn't read why I took a career break, or taken that reason into account when looking at my work history. She also questioned whether I could see myself staying at a firm long term before putting me forward for a role. She hadn't realised the post I sent my CV over for was a short term contract, and gave me the wrong information.

My 18 year old son has jumped through all the hopes to get a position at the cake crew through this company, they are constantly cancelling his start dates, he was sent for a covid test yesterday which he passed and was told to go in for his first shift tonight working nights, he gets their and is told his name isn't on the list an when he emails qistaff his told all agency workers have been cancelled and some one should have told him! It's a 40 mile round trip twice now which has cost him fuel never mind the fact he has been up all night to sleep through day for night shifts, this company is a complete joke!!!!!

Very professional service , signed up online very easily and started working a couple of day's later . Found the staff at QiStaff solutions extremely friendly and helpful and thanks to them I have just been taken on full time in the position they set me up with . If I could I would rate it half a star their manners and the way they handle clients not good they are perfectly fine when you first signing up ..... as you get a new employment and a better job offer and you tell them they will go very off with you and last time I'm I tried to get a job after they said that they wasn't going to employ me because I messed them around before or over a job that was paying better than the job I was working out for them we all have families and we all got to make a living but there's service to me it's bad

I fully agree with the previous comment from Kyle. Rude no manners make you feel your desperate very false. Lady who left me in a room to register then decided to go home. Very unprofessional.
