We contacted Quality Systems Consultancy when we unfortunately lost our quality consultant. We were left in a difficult situation and Julie and Andy went above and beyond to step in and help us to implement a new system very quickly just before Christmas 2021. I first contacted QSC in July 2022 to carry out a gap analysis on our management system. Andy Adams attended and was very professional, and spent a lot of time explaining the pro's and con's of our existing system then explained what was needed to improve the system and documentation in preparation for our recertification audit that due.
All the documentation was reviewed, amended, and improvements carried out, and thanks to Andy's expertise, we were recertified. I have since contacted his again on a couple of occasions for advise and he is always a pleasure to deal with and is a very friendly chap, who I have no qualms in recommending to anyone with any issues relating to ISO, Health & Safety etc.
