A friendly welcome with a professional yet approachable local team, backed up by the support of the company and its researchers. Since moving over from our previous long-standing IFA, the attention, advice and care that has been shown to us by Neil and his team has surpassed our expectations - we are glad that we are not "just a number" and the advice that has been given has been sound and tailored to our situation - the turmoil of the pandemic initially give us great concerns but the constant communication, active risk management and eventual positive results from that time proved to us that we're in safe hands. I'd recommend moving to Quilter if you're dissatisfied or feel ignoreed by your current advisors.
