Insurance can be a tedious task but Erkin Gungor at Quotax was the main reason I took out the policy as I had already had the exact same quote from another broker who I wasn’t half as impressed with. He was quick , efficient and had a very calming and easy to deal with personality. Having been in the taxi trade for 34 years I can honestly say he’s one of the best people I’ve dealt with. Highly recommended and well done to Quotax on employing the correct people.

I am very disappointed the service firstly I was due for renewal and they did not sent renewal pack. When I am away a week I call them reminding my policy is due to expire and I need a quote. There was young lady properly new was on the other side of the line. She manage to came up a quote after couple hours, I was not happy with the quote so I question how many years of no claim bonus do I have. The lady replied 3 years on our system it shows but I know I should have 7 years. I have explained i should have 7 years.
I am not sure how such a big mis information can happen.

Next day they investigated and awarded my 7 years no claim bonus and the give me a quote that I am happy with it.

Secondly when you have non fault accident your premier will go up till liability is settle.

In my case liability was settle by the third party when I went to renew the following they never advise I am liable pay back because I have paid too much last year.

My overall point ask what sort of information they hold from you. before excepting a new or renewal policy.

After getting quotes from loads of different brokers for my taxi renewal price wise were all nearly the same but the only thing made choose quotax is Mr Erkin G , his customer service level just exceeded my expectations and that was from the 1st call . I was in a complicated situation with my previous broker and Mr Erkin really took the time to listen to my case and seemed to care , he wasn't just a sells man who sounded like a robot tries to rush things and sell you a policy No! He was kind , helpful ,very professional and on top on it he had humanity in him which is very rare nowadays .
Mr Erkin gave me some advices my problem was sorted and ended up getting insured by them and I'm pleased .

I have been insuring 2 scout minibuses with Quotax since 2018 and have always found them competitive, helpful, and easy to do business with. However, on this occasion I would have welcomed being reminded of the renewal more than 5 days in advance, as I was on holiday when it came through and it was somewhat of a scramble to arrange payment and documentation remotely.

I have an unusual vehicle (double decker bus converted to a pop-up bar) and was struggling to find insurance for it.
