Poor service. They are a broker and they ask for every paperwork that is available. Im a taxi driver and i have never ever been asked to provide so much information just to get insured. With other insurers i can get insurance online within minutes. This has put me off. Its my first and last time i will insure with this company. Too much hassle. Easier to use other company. 10-15 min and your done.

Great service. Brad was a great help and it’s much appreciated. AA Insurance didn’t renew my policy and didn’t give me any notice about this until it was too late so it was a complete rush job but Brad got it done and everything was sorted. Highly recommended Also, don’t use the AA for insurance unless you want an incompetent and unprofessional service. Quote detective was 100

Liers the lot of them, was waiting on the phone for over an hour. When they answered they told me someone would contact me in 15 minutes. Nobody contacted me. All i wanted was to insure my vehicle.Appalling service. They mislead and lie. What a great impression for a new customer. People avoid this company

I recently had my car stolen and my current insurer wouldn’t continue with my policy after paying out , so looking for insurance with a recent total loss claim was a daunting experience but I came across these guys and their initial quote was the cheapest by some margin.
The lad who sorted it all for me (Curtis) was brilliant on the phone, friendly, polite, was very clear about everything and also managed to get me an even cheaper quote than the original.
All in all, very satisfied and would recommend them if anyone was looking for car insurance.

This site popped up on a comparison site after a million searches with a quite unbelievable quote. I read a review saying they don't honour their prices which instantly got me down again as finding it hard to find anywhere due to claims and points. Elijah called and walked me through the form and the quote was more than fair. Was insured within 15 minutes. I would 1000% recommend.

Dealt with an advisor called Elijah. Best insurance advisor I’ve dealt with over my years of driving. So comforting, and listens to all my needs. Also was efficient in every way of meeting my demands and ensuring the policy is applicable for me along with cool normal conversation in between. Made my experience so relaxed and non stressful at all. Give him a real applaud as I can happily say he’s the reason I’m with quote detective today
