This company do not take no for an answer! They called me the first time about a year ago, I have since been telling them to remove my details and stop calling me and I block the number only to have someone else call me from the same company on a different extension line in the space of a couple of hours.

I have had a year of this about life assurance, I have life assurance and if I wanted to look elsewhere I would, however I am not taking any policy out from a random company who got my details from who knows where and keep harrassing me!!

I am registered under TPS 'It is a legal requirement that telemarketers do not call a number registered to the TPS.' they are the only ones who do! I have ignored their calls and now told at least 10 of them to remove my details from their system as they now call at least 3 times a day, so they are breaking all GDPR and should have been fined many many times by now STOP CALLING ME!!!

...I now have to give a star, I don't want to but have to in order to get this message across!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cold called me up. Told me that Legal and General were selling policies that will not pay out. When i asked her for her name. Suprisingly she hung up. Stir clear is my thoughts. Thought this sort of junk calling was illegal.

Beware. If i could give no stars I would.
Not happy with Quote Easy broker if you decided to cancel an insurance policy before 4 years they will charge you £250 cancellation fee. Beware of their T&Cs. They do not write only random phone calls.
Will be going directly with an insurance company and cut out the middle man

We had an unsolicited phone call registered as potential fraud and played along when a man was offering to review our insurance policies until we were transferred to this company that claim to be regulated by the Financial authority which I doubt very much.
Once we confronted them he said they have been paying another company to drum up business for them.
Their website btw does not have signs that they are regulated.

-- Rude, disrespectful and childish --

Got cold called from someone called Wyatt and when asked to email me the brochures, he made a crude joke that I CAME UP with my email address. He then kept spam calling me every day for a week 2 weeks later and when I finally answered and stated I was not interested, he said and I quote "Because you're young innit?" Again I stated I was just not interested, not needing a reason. He said sarcastically "WELL, I HOPE NOTHING SERIOUS HAPPENS TO YOU THEN. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT."

If this is the sort of people the company hires, I guess I'm lucky I dodged the bullet on signing up through them. Very unprofessional and childish and that employee shouldn't even be working in a job that needs to engage with clients. Good luck getting clients.

I received a call saying they wanted to advise me on life insurance. I made the operator aware that I had chronic illnesses and I was not able to get life insurance. The operator then congratulated me on the fact that I 'SOUNDED WELL so I was obviously getting better.' When I made them aware of their mistake, they apologised by saying that I simply sounded young and healthy. When I explained that health and apparent sound of youth has little to do with how a persons voice, they tried to continue the call as if they had done nothing wrong. I have never been more disgusted and insulted. Completely unprofessional.

Hopefully, Quote Easy will take this as constructive feedback.

Working professionals will happily use comparison companies as they don't have to do any of the legwork nor have the time, but there is a way to go about it.

I have no doubt Quote Easy have served the other, 5* rated, customers well but my experience wasn't so pleasant.

I got a cold call from Quote Easy "script reader" that just wouldn't give me a straight answer to any of my questions.

Not sure whether this poor chap that called me needs more training or was just a little slow.

Quote Easy should certainly spend a bit more time developing better responses to things like:
"How did you get my contact details"
"I don't feel that i need to give you any more information at this stage"
"Is this call going to lead to you selling me insurance"
"I have signed up to a new policy last month, please call me in 6-12 months and we can discuss"
"Please remove my number from your database", said that 3 time and he still continued as if, i hadn't said a thing. Fascinating!

I am generally very forgiving and will happily take cold calls because these guys are just doing their job and trying to earn a living (I have previously switched my home broadband following a cold call) but after 27 minutes and 14 seconds of pure repetitive nonsense, I had to be rude and say "my number is listed on the TPS Online, please remove my number from your database" and hung up" - I do feel bad but one can only take so much!

I guess, I will stick with USay Compare!
They did a fantastic job getting me a cheaper policy last month, with better terms than I had before and best of all I spoke to a human the entire time, who understood what I was saying and responded using common sense and intelligence!

I phoned up and mentioned I hadn’t received a yearly update on my life policy and they said as long as there’s a monthly payment made the policy is valid so I got them to send me details in the post and when it arrived it didn’t have a date on it when they posted it and most importantly it didn’t have my policy number on it either so I am very sceptical about this policy if it would actually pay out and ALWAYS remember people when your DEAD you won’t be here to fight them regarding the policy pay out so think very carefully on what you pays for
