Had motor trade insurance policy in the last year through them. Nightmare to deal with from the start. Was told I could add anything up to 3.5 ton onto my policy so I added a recovery truck I which I gave the reg to before the policy even started and was told it was fine to add on, then a month later they rang me up and tried telling me that I wasn’t allowed this on my policy and had to pay £500 to keep it on there. Luckily I told them listen to the recording of the guy telling me that I could have it on my policy. I had to ring up multiple times to even try and get a renewal quote. I was promised when I joined that if I did take the policy out then renewal would be cheaper next year as I would have a years no claim but it was substantially more. The Insurance company that they set me up with went into administration (which I get wasn’t their fault) so for most of the year I wasn’t able to upload my cars onto the MID myself so had to email them which took days to even receive a reply or confirmation. So I was basically paying for a service I couldn’t fully use. Honestly would avoid them there are much much better insurance brokers out there.

I was served by Nicole Bryan at Quote me Today for renewal. she has done an incredible job on my motor trade policy my under writer was intensely grilling with some purchases and sales. Nicole took charge and worked out best deal as well as securing my Motor trade policy for another year. An absolute character for professionalism and determination. Great prices but very poor service, no cooling off period for a business they quoted and after a few days of policy starting £28 to make a number plate change, when already told it was happening.
Would not want to be dealing with them if involved in a accident as they are more stressful than the accident!!

Sales team are a big scammer. To sale the policy they saying this and that to attract you but when the real time come to use the service. You can’t use it as they will say we are the broker and we do not deal with insurance or replacement vehicle policy.
strongly recommend people not to use them as a broker.

I've been a loyal customer of Quote Me Today for many years, but since the pandemic, their customer service has deteriorated significantly. Despite setting up multiple online callback requests and even calling directly for a quote, they never follow through. Unfortunately, I’ll no longer be using their services and will be taking my business elsewhere.
