Myself and my partner recently found ourselves in a difficult situation, our current landlord decided to sell her property and we were given two months notice to leave. We have three young children, so this was incredibly stressful us. From the moment we got in touch with RailtonMeeks, we were put at ease and made to feel like they genuinely wanted to help. We had a few hiccups with the reference checks as I bank primarily in another country, however Jorge was very active in sorting any issue and finding alternative ways to make this happen us. His customer service is truly excellent, and I know that any issues we may have over our time at the property will be resolved quickly. We have also interacted briefly with Sylwia, who has also been excellent with her customer service. We are now in our home with three very happy and excited children, thanks to Jorge and RailtonMeeks 😊
