We had a significant leak caused by a pipe burst. The Rainbow team were there the next day and utterly professional throughout the process. We were kept informed all the way through and the friendly team are real specialists. Could not recommend them highly enough.

IF YOUR HAVING A PRIVATE JOB DOING BE VERY CAREFULL WITH WHAT THEY DO FOR THE MONEY QUOTED . TRACE AND ACCESS TO ME MEANS THEY FIND THE LEAK THEN REMOVE ODJECTS TO LOCATE THE LEAK SO A PLUMBER CAN FIX ,SO THEY TRACE THE LEAK AND ACCESS TO REPAIR , NOT THIS COMPANY !!! YOY PAY £525 PLUS VAT FOR SOMEONE TO COME ROUND TO FIND THE LEAK AND TELL YOU ITS BEHIND THE STUD WALL SOMEWHERE BUT CAN'T REMOVE THE WALL AS IT MAY HAVE ASBESTOS IN IT ,SPEND THE NEXT HALF HOUR TALKING TO YOU , THEN TAKE A PRIVATE CALL FOR 15 MINUTES AND STILL CHARGE YOU £525 PLUS VAT ,NO ACCESS AT ALL ?
WHEN PHONE UP AND SPEAK TO THE MANAGER , NOT INTERSESTED
WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND OR EVER USE AGAIN TOTAL RIP OFF , A SHORT MESSAGE TO THE MANAGER , NEVER TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR SAYING BECAUSE WE DO ,WE KNOW WHEN YOUR COVERING UP A COMPLETE OVERCHARGE , YOU JUST HAVE TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF YOUR OWN VOICE
