Got short term insurance from this company, wish I had read the reviews before I did and paid a little extra and got a better company. Paid for 4 weeks cover after10 days I took my private plate of to add to new car told even though I had the same car that I was nolonger covered. My new company changed this over for free, asked for a refund of remaining weeks as I they nolonger covered me told I would receive nothing. In a nutshell stay clear.

This company is utter rubbish, they aren’t willing to wait for the documents to arrive via post and cancel your policy after 4 weeks leaving you uninsured. Then they want you to start a whole new policy and do it all again. DO NOT USE

Avoid at any cost. Went to save a few pounds over other reputable insurers.
Insured my motorbike and the next day called them to see why my bike is showing as not insured on MID. They run through my details and they said there is an error which they were unable to correct and they had to cancel my policy.
They charged me 50£ for 20 hours policy. Its a scam. AVOID

Excellent experience using these for insurance cover, so I could pick a car up I had bought. Price was reasonable too.. easy to use Web site , Cover was arranged in no time atall. No fuss no messing.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

Reviews here say it all, they appear to seek to get your policy cancelled to give you 30% back.
Old trick, will be reporting to the ombudsman.

Absolutely appalling,I did all I was asked and provided all relevant documents but this was not good enough paid £130 for 12 months insurance I've had it for 1 month, I was told today my insurance will be cancelled within 7 days and I will be refunded approximately £30 after charges,or pay another £139 to amend my policy due to a trusted price comparison website....Not happy!!!! I will be pursuing legal action if this is not resolved quickly!!!

i have been getting charged from this company on my card since april they have taken 250 pounds in total from april. they take different amounts of money every time so that i don’t notice and 6 months later now i’ve noticed it’s been happening i’ve never heard of this company stay away from them there are better ‘insurance’ (fraud) companies out there

I wouldn't recommend them at all my car never showed green on the mid, it's such a time waste and a big scam dealing with this type of companies.
Police should look onto their company files am sure it's not ligit .
