Made our straightforward claim in October 2024. It's now Mid February 2025 and still haven't received it. All contact with them is promising but then they find something else to hold up payment. I will never use this company again. BE AWARE.

This company is awful. If I could agree and like every other one star review that has been given I would. You think you are paying for medical insurance to protect you while you are travelling (mine is multitrip.com) and when it comes to making a claim you become a second grade citizen! Not sure what happened to putting your customer first and assisting with what you have paid for but this business is a shambles … and their hold music is the can-can!!!!

Awful awful company made a claim in June 2024 and it’s now December 16th there’s been no contact you try to call them they hang up the phone or the customer service support just read the same lines of a script “we’re experiencing high volumes we’ll get back to you” I’ve even filed 3 complaints over 3 months asking for a final response letter so I can try escalate to the FO but they still don’t reply to anything. Because they’re a broker through multitrip we even tried to contact them they say they have nothing to do with it. Just a full blown scam. We’ve been with them 5 years and this is our first ever claim and this is how we’ve been treated

Bought a policy through Insure & Go and made a claim because we missed our flight due to a road accident in Istanbul involving the death of a police officer. Reactive Claims is their claims deflection company. They said they wouldn't pay out because we were not in the exact vehicle that was in the accident (like we had a choice). Pointless insurance. Reactive Claims are literally there to deflect claims and find any little reason not to pay out. Disgusting really.

Bought Travel Policy through All Clear and due to father-in-law passing away we had to cut our holiday short. This was in September and we have still not received anything from Reactive. Terrible service can’t get hold of anyone and we are out of pocket as we had to pay for emergency flights home. Before buying any travel insurance please check who deals with their claims. AVOID REACTIVE CLAIMS

HORRIBLE COMPANY

If you see any insurance company, to be related in anyway with "Reactive Claims".

RUN AWAY the opposite direction. Far far far away.

This company is absolute thrash.

They have zero customer service. They don't reply emails or calls. There's zero communication.

Just nothing.

I have a pending claim with them for over 2 months and IT"S HORRIBLE.

I wrote them 10 emails.

I only have 2 emails total from them.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

Also, I bought my policy with Greatcover.com

So, now you know what to avoid.

Any policy you buy with them.

Literally there's no cover or safety for you.

Do not use. Impossible to get hold of, take months to reply and don’t pay out legitimate claims. We bought through
another name - multitrip.com - no better! Cheap because they don’t pay out. Next time I’ll pay more and stick with an insurer I know. When chasing progress you clearly get through to someone sitting on a sofa, who pretends to put you on hold and then comes back with her standard response - ‘your claim is being processed’. Same when you speak to her a month later. I’ve given up.

Wish i could give this 0 stars. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH REACTIVE CLAIMS. You will NOT be able to claim under any circumstances, as no one ever responds to you!!!

I was evacuated from my hotel in Iceland in the middle of the night due to a Volcanic Eruption. I have been trying to claim back on the emergency hotel which we were moved to. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Reactive Claims for months with 0 luck. No one ever responds!!!! What a scam this place is.
