I received a call from Red Rose and was somewhat dismissive due to the old fueled rivalry between the roses. I usually like my life insurance like I like my tea from Yorkshire!

However on this occasion I was feeling somewhat spicy and fancied something different for a change. It may have been the calming panda I made eye contact with at the zoo or possibly the very nice lady on the other end of the phone, who told me she was calling to review my policy.

I was told Jordan would contact me back, I'm ever so glad he did, as he was was very professional and extremely thorough in his work. He made a huge saving on my policy and at no point did I feel rushed into making any decision.

I'm really pleased with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Red Rose for anyone looking for life insurance.

Apparently good things do come in Lancastrian packages !

I was really struggling getting a strong life insurance policy until Devon recommended having a look at this company, and Sean had it sorted within an hour inclusive of medical conditions. Got a policy half the price I was quoted previously for more than double the payout. The owner Phil really helped with some questions I had regarding the forms also. Couldn’t recommend this company and their team enough.

I have recently spoken to the guys at Red Rose and i can honestly say their professionalism was second to none.
I am a landlord who has multiple properties , so i need to make sure i adequately covered. These guys did exactly that. They were most informative and tailored my cover to my needs.
I usually go through my mortgage broker, who was far more expensive.
At no point was i steam rolled into the sale!

The service that I have had from Red Rose has been brilliant they got me the right insurance at a good price with out any of the waffle that can come from some other companies. They put you first and get you the right insurance policy and not what is best for them. So I would thoroughly recommend Red Rose Insurance to fine you the right insurance policy.

Just received a call from red rose insurance claiming to have spoken to me last year......very rude individual hung up on me mid sentence. An indication of how the company is run.

As a post script
After seeing my review, the owner contacted me and assured me the matter would be investigated and apologised. As a follow up call today, the owner apologised again and assured me that the individual had been dealt with.

Dealt with Red Rose Insurance for myself and the Mrs life insurance.

We had a plan covering up to age 85, little did we know we could get a plan up to age 90. Phill did a brilliant job of explaining the products available and guided us to the best plan for us. We ended up getting an extra 5 years cover each for less than £1 extra month. I think that was a splendid result. I promised a good review and here you go. Its truly deserved. I would strongly recommend this company for life insurance needs.
