Asked him a question and threated me, refused to give his name and when questioned his behaviour to other security, he hid away.
Abuse of power is probably the best way to describe him.

Super company, I was ejected from vodka revolution Bournemouth by karim, he was very professional and followed his duty of care to the maximum. I was completely at fault as my dancing was too extreme.

0 stars. Their security staff assaulted a friend of mine outside the broadway pub in leigh on sea for no reason at all. We was out for some drinks when my friend was dragged outside and pinned to the ground by his throat by a number of their staff, leaving him with cuts and bruises over his body.
The following morning We went back to the broadway pub to speak with The manager who said she had checked the cctv and that this security company were in the wrong and won’t be working on their door again because of their disgusting actions.
I made a complaint to one of their managers at regency called ‘Dan’ and he said he was dealing with the incident and would get back to me, but never did. These kind of people should not be working on on the doors.

‘In my defense (sic) I was left unsupervised’: A Deeply Disturbing Experience at Popworld Southampton

I am deeply appalled and disgusted by the disgraceful racism and discrimination I experienced at Popworld thanks to their third party goons, Regency Security Group. I feel it is crucial to share my encounter to raise awareness about the unacceptable behavior I witnessed at this establishment.

From the moment my group and I arrived, we were subjected to derogatory racial slurs. Shockingly, as we entered the premises, we were called "p*kis" by individuals associated with the club (sorry to disappoint chaps, we’re not from Pakistan ?) This overt display of racial prejudice is not only offensive but completely undermines the principles of inclusivity and respect that any reputable establishment should uphold.

What adds insult to injury is that despite being subjected to racial abuse, the club was more than happy to accept our money when we purchased bottles. However, the moment we stopped spending, we were promptly and unfairly kicked out. This discriminatory treatment demonstrates a clear double standard and further highlights the deep-rooted racism that permeates throughout the establishment.

I find it deeply disheartening that Popworld allows such reprehensible behavior to persist within its premises. It is not enough to merely claim to be an inclusive venue; genuine efforts must be made to create a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons, regardless of their race or ethnicity.

I urge the management of Popworld to take immediate and decisive action to address this issue and review the CCTV from this evening and consider their relationship with Regency Security Group. It is imperative that steps are taken to educate and sensitize their staff about cultural sensitivity, implement a zero-tolerance policy towards racism, and ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect.

To potential patrons seeking a nightclub experience that embraces diversity and equality, I strongly advise against visiting Popworld. The deeply ingrained racism and discriminatory practices I witnessed tarnish the reputation of the establishment and undermine the principles of inclusivity and respect that should be upheld.

I sincerely hope that my account, along with the accounts of others who have faced similar discrimination, will serve as a wake-up call to Popworld and lead to meaningful changes within their organization. Racism has no place in our society, and it is imperative that we continue to speak out against such injustices.

Had the misfortune of having to deal with this company and their heavy handed, disrespectful staff. A member of our group was fulling asleep in walkabout, Bournemouth. One of the door staff told me he needed to leave. I asked them to give me a couple of minutes to book a taxi and the response was for two members of staff to restrain the group member, and force him out of the club. With further door staff present. There was no resistance at all. But the felt the need to excert unnecessary, unreasonable and unjustified force.

They then refused to provide names or registration numbers claiming that 'they don't need to provide that and can do what they want' while covering their body camera's.

A true example of someone on a power trip and feeling the needed to 'flex'

Kieran & Phil do such an amazing job of keeping myself & my friends safe at the Alex every Friday night. They are very cautious and ensure that everybody is safe and comfortable. They appear to ID appropriately and look out for everybody - no matter who they are.
I personally feel extremely comfortable knowing these guys are looking out for me! They even ensure everything is going well throughout the evening! I genuinely appreciate all they do for us! Thank you Kieran & Phil!
