Rent Wirral looked after a property i purchased at auction. They were so good when it came to the change over of tenancy agreements. They were always in communication with me and went above and beyond to help me out. Ben, Cristina and Pam really were outstanding. Charlie made the onboarding process clear and was always available for any queries for the duration of the tenancy. Ben and his team have been extremely thorough in finding the right tenants using a superb vetting system which has proved vital in securing long term tenants.

Any problems or queries Ben and his team again have dealt with them in a professional way and resolved them quickly in keeping both sides happy.

I have rented with a number of letting agencies since I first moved out. I have rented with Rent Wirral for almost 4 years now and I can honestly say that they are the best letting agency that I have rented through. They are professional, friendly and very approachable. I have found that if there is an issue, I can contact them either via phone or email and the problem is sorted very quickly.

I cannot recommend Ben or his team highly enough. If you are looking for decent letting agencies that will help you whilst you are their tenant, look no further.
