Cinch have been fantastic throughout the 4 years I have been with them.

However, my experience over the last two days has gone beyond all expectations when I had issues with my car and needed RAC Homestart and then to arrange repairs at my local garage. Liam dealt with my case throughout with utmost courtesy, professionalism and immediacy. I could not have asked for better treatment. In a stressful situation, he was there supporting, helping and reassuring.

I cannot recommend Cinch - and Liam - enough!

Do not use this company. Only pay for an interim service (worth around £90) every other year against car manufacturer and every other providers advice. Customer service is shocking. No one has any idea what they are doing or what the plans actually include. Constant miscommunication when trying to gain clarity. No value for money to be found here, use another service provider who are upfront and honest about inclusions of the plan

Took our car to Murray’s for exterior to be inspected for any repairs. Ellie did an excellent job at inspecting our car. We were provided with a detailed email on the repairs identified and next steps for wheels and body of car. Thank you Ellie for taking the time to follow up on our queries and for showing that the exterior of our car was thoroughly inspected.

The customer service is very good. I’ve spoken to Chloe on several occasions and she’s always helpful and knowledgeable. I had cause to make a complaint after I found their settlement fee to be unfair and the customer complaint process was very quick and easy. All warranty companies will try and pay as little as possible and ramp is no different however they have excellent customer service so I would recommend for that reason.

I used the online service booking system. In the notes I mentioned the preferred garage and within a couple of minutes my service had been booked on the chosen date and at my preferred garage. Very quick and easy process thanks to CHRISTALEN who delt with my booking.
