Do not bother with this insurance. It covers 7 very specific scenarios and if your claim does not fall into one of these then it will be rejected. I bought the home sellers insurance. My buyer pulled out two months into the process and I was unable to claim insurance as it was not covered by one of these specific scenarios, resulting in me losing over £700 in solicitors fees and misleading insurance. A waste of money.

Don't even bother getting a policy with them. I had to make a claim and filled in a claim form and attached all the required documents. I don't think an actual human is reading those because I keep getting email after email asking for a same thing. What a waste of time and money!! AVOID

Policy descriptions and forms are very vague. They only operate during working hours so by the time I got through to them to clarify policy terms they said it was too late to buy a policy.

There is literally no point in getting insurance from this company, they will trawl through and find any tiny loop hole they possibly can to not pay out. Not to mention the people I have spoken to are rude and condescending. Avoid. Would also like to point out that all of the other 5* reviews appeared all at the same time? Coincidence much
