Difficult to deal with. Advised by a broker to use them for tax investigation insurance. Policy taken out. No reminders sent the year after so it's a case you have to remember to renew. Website is very cumbersome, clunky and outdated. Unable to simply renew the policy on the website, as button wouldn't work. take out a new product and the checkout displays a higher price than stated. called up, and young lady I spoke to couldn't help, said would pass on my details., Was unable to find my account first which was worrying as I wondered what i had paid for for the last 2 years. She sounded very young, unable to answer my questions, so not sure if a temp, or just happened to be answering the phones for that day
