I have nothing bad to say about the service that I have received, it has been 5 Star from start to finish, the gentleman representing the company called round my house at a time that suited me and he made me feel at ease as soon as we had spoken to each other, his name was Gurdeep and was very professional in his approach. He took away my details and got back in touch within a few days with a plan, very impressive I have to say and everything made sense. He then came back and we got everything sorted within 30 minutes, and if ever I need to speak with him he is always readily available, if he is busy at that time he will always sort out a suitable time in which to get back to you. If anyone was ever considering Investing then I would not hesitate to get in touch with these guys especially Gurdeep. Ian Welbourn

Advice is okay for those without any financial acumen. However:
• Slow. 8 weeks (and counting) to set up a pension.
• Lack of communications throughout.
• Emails often ignored though.
• Promises to respond not followed through. • You chase and chase and chase and do not get a reply.
• It has led to delay after delay for a property purchase through my SIPP.
• Very costly and may cost me the deal.

Not sure if it’s a Rhodes Wealth Management problem, or a St James Place problem. My advice: shop around, try and stay local.
