Having known Richard for a number of years through arranging my insurance, when it came time to get a Mortgage there was no one else I would approach to to the work on my behalf. While I was in a good place to make a purchase, Richard and his team worked tirelessly to ensure we met the sellers deadlines and expectations. We chose Richard Crow after a fiasco with another broker.
Richard absolutely worked his a** off to get us the best deal.
At one point he was contacted personally by the lender as this deal had some unusual financial elements to it and with his skill, the person overseeing the lending was very happy with the deal.
He's very friendly, super professional and constantly kept us informed with how things were going.
We had a 90 minute zoom call, where we were able to get most of the information Richard needed done.
