Excellent service and recovery of our broken down car tonight, couldn't be repaired roadside, but we, including the car, were delivered home safely and promptly. Plus the recovery truck was one of the coolest things I've seen lately and Rob also provided some good advice about the car. Would recommend

This rating is only for the recovery vehicle driver and mechanic, Nigel from Leeds tonight who was so kind and helpful when I eventually had to abandon my broken down car after waiting for over 3 hours on my own in the cold and dark and he got it back to close to my home address where it's really difficult to park. He explained what he thought could be wrong with the car very clearly. Which is very helpful for sorting out the repairs needed
Otherwise I wasn't impressed by the conversation that I had directly with the company and the excuses given for a recovery vehicle not arriving until nearly 2 hours after it was stated.. but they did eventually prioritise this due to my personal circumstances so all round.. after being freezing cold and not being able to get to my carer's role for my mum until several hours later.. I'd say give them credit for finally helping out with that

I’m a motability customer and my car broke down, RAC couldn’t fix the problem at the roadside and it needed to recovered to which they sent this company. They recovered the vehicle luckily my partner was there to help push and steer the vehicle otherwise I was expected to do it… I’m registered disabled.
They took my car into storage, but it was booked into the dealership for repair a few days later, I informed the driver of this and rang the company to notify them of this. I rang the company the day my car was due to be delivered and they promised it would arrive that day. They never delivered my vehicle to the dealership in time of my booking to which it was then cancelled, the dealership rang me not happy because they don’t have storage for my car and now have to store it for 3 weeks because that’s when they can fit it in….

Had these guys recover my car on a cold and wet February morning, and the driver that showed up, Ben, was very friendly, knowledgeable and polite.
Having the car breakdown on the way to work was not a great experience, but at least the recovery process was a nicer one 🙂
Most people reviewing complain about waiting times, but I think this is part of the nature of the job, and some circumstances or factors are outside of their control.

Had a breakdown at 2:30pm and contacted my insurance which directed me to this company. Was told someone would be with me by 4pm, then 6pm, then 7pm, etc. The lady in the office told me the driver had just finished his previous job and would be there in 10 minutes every time I called. He showed up at 8pm, when all the surrounding garages were closed, which made drop-off a lot harder. Cannot blame the driver himself as he played his part, but the communication before that was appalling.

Total scam. I had an accident and called this company. They asked for payment upfront, promising to send a car lifter within 25 minutes. After 5 hours, a small lifter finally arrived, but it couldn’t lift the car. I requested a bigger lifter to pull the car out of the ditch, but they claimed I hadn’t mentioned the car was in a ditch, even though I had told them multiple times, including the driver. They then demanded an additional £400 for the larger lifter. When I asked for a refund, they refused, saying they had already provided the service. Avoid them at all costs!

Waited for over 6 hours after their initial contact said I needed a recovery, and then never arrived, sat all night in a car park awaiting them. Thank god the RAC then sent highway recovery who were there within 15 minutes of been contacted.
