Please don’t choose this company very fack company. They charge full premium even after cancelling insurance. I have short out already.
now after 3 years they send me debit collection letter for the some off 404,56 £ without any notification suddenly received this letter.
Please don’t choose this insurance, even if is not now , In future they will give regret.

Avoid had someone crash into my parked car 2 months before my renew was a total non fult. But someone from rcib put it on insurance daterbase it was a fult claim my insurance has gone from 600 to 1500 or I have to wait an undisclosed amount of time for it to be corrected on the database leaving me in limbo feels like I'm being held hostage to pay the inflated rated because of there mistakes.

Hi.
I’m giving one star as unable to give 0 ? Male long story short! I owned classic car and after all wanted to use it for a bit so I thought “woow! 250£ a year is not bad choice… offer from Right Choice Insurance Brokers LTD!” Than I sold the car and inform them that car is not mine anymore and if they could stop this insurance being under my name anymore. Than surprise! They demented me to pay fee of 286£ as I chose payments monthly! Ridiculous! More than full year car insurance cover! Woow! I won’t pay and waiting for court hearing … as I’ve got a bit of more than others can afford I’ll fight them stupid to make sure they won’t cheat others in future! As title said! Be careful peoples! They abuse me using debt collectors now ? no way… I don’t care credit score! I care about fair deal! Ain’t need borrowing!

Avoid with all costs! Tried charging me 350 cancellation fees for being insured for 16 days! I will not be paying it, complaint gone to the financial ombudsman for unfair charges. How they can try and justify this is unbelievable.

Scam company they emailed me a renewal quote £1250 but I found them cheaper elsewhere £1100 so I just went with them thinking it would be easy as they have all my details already ….. instead they will google earth your street add premiums that don’t exist mileage etc …. Instead of the original renewal of £1250 they gave me I’m now forced to pay £1970 nearly double from last year with them …. After 14 days with them I have to pay them £210 cancellation ….. thieves day light robbery stay away

Worst car insurance company ever!!!!!!!! They deceived us by £240, the operator when discussing the increased cost of our insurance, we promised to refuse it if we agreed to a lower price, which we did, but it was a deception, we did not reduce it and they laughed at us. We will appeal to the Ombudsman and further to court for fraudulent actions on the part of this company!!!!!!!!!!!

More expensive than anyone else on the insurance market. Avoid this company. Low quality of customer service. We bought car insurance, the amount was twice as much as other companies, we decided to cancel this insurance, so they charged another 60 pounds for cancellation. In one month they charged us over £240, which is outrageous. Avoid this company!!!!!!!!!

On a Trust Pilot rewiew this company has 1.1 star (99 % negative rewiews). Please think twice before purchasing insurance in this company!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I took my insurance out, charged me 60 quid, for cancelling even though my insurance hadn't started, what happened to the 14 day cooling off period for online sales, do not touch this company you have been warned ? someone really needs to look into the way this insurance does business the amount of negative feedback on Google, it might be in the smallest print, but they are making money under false pretences, they shouldn't be allowed to do this and I will be reported them to Quidco who have them on their insurance compare site. By the looks of it they pull this rip off according to the reviews on a regular basis, DO NOT USE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED and yet again just a generic reply, I repeat Do not use, reading the reviews they pull this rip off on a regular basis.

This company is part of Ladybird Insurance group.

Received email regarding my car insurance renewal. I called Ladybird to discuss the premium as it was way more than what I paid last year (no claims were made during the current policy). The advisor lacked customer service skills, was abrupt and rude.

When she gave me the reviewed premium I told her it was too much. At this point she offered to review it with a colleague. At this point I was already exhausted by her attitude and the whole experience, so thanked her and ended the call.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
