I would like to recommend R2M as a great block management company. When our company folded we contacted several management companies in the Bournemouth and Poole area to consider managing our block of 28 flats. We interviewed a few on site. R2Ms MD and Sophie our representative came to see us. They were both very knowledgeable of new block legislation, had the right ratio of people to blocks and we have not regretted the decision. They helped us resolve the previous years books and issues, are informative and proactive in looking to solve issues and we are steadily getting things resolved at the site and moving forward with this years budget.

R2M are everything you need from a management company. Prompt, helpful and friendly. My emails are always responded to and dealt with very quickly, repairs arranged swiftly etc. Recently I applied for a management pack and it was sent through within 2 days! For most management companies it can take weeks. Really impressed and pleased with their service.

Just to rectify this I have been and still am dealing with this company the reason they say that they haven't dealt with the above name is it is an alias to avoid situations likes this where they will know my real name.

Still having the same issues as before promised dates for completion of works still haven't been finished. The work that has been finished isn't done to an acceptable standard.

R2M are quick to respond to any emails and take a proactive hands on approach to any problems that come up with the properties I own. Their charges are reasonable and if ever unexpected costs arise they really work with leaseholders so that solutions can be found in a timely and cost effective manner. Special shout out to Sophie who has help me solve numerous problems in the short time she has been at the company!
