My dealings with RFS Ltd have taken place over the last two and half years (probably more - the pandemic has made keeping track of time rather challenging). During the period of the claim being processed, I was kept fully informed of the progress (Jessica was always very apologetic when nothing seemed to be happening). Eventually the process was passed to the Ombudsman who, I'm pleased to report, found in my favour. Although the information I was able to provide was, at times, very sketchy, RFSL pursued the claim doggedly, the end result being that I will receive several thousand pounds that I would never have seen otherwise. I am hugely impressed by the dedication of the company and deeply grateful for all their work on my behalf. Everything was carried out in a thoroughly professional manner and even when I made the error of responding directly to a telephone call (when all communication should have been through RFSL) I was treated with the greatest of respect and the matter was sorted out. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending RFSL or using their services in future should the need arise. Thank you to everyone involved, Jessica in particular.

Like many people, I was very skeptical of claims' firms but Rightside were recommended to me by my Financial Adviser so I gave them a go and I have not been disappointed.
I dealt with Jessica and from the completion of the initial application, to reviewing the draft before they sent it to the FSCS, to keeping me appraised of progress, her service has been excellent.
Last week, FSCS awarded me the maximum compensation permissible, which was more than I ever expected and in fact Jessica is now going to pursue another route to try to recover the balance, which was above what FSCS can pay out.
In summary, very impressed with the service and highly recommended.

I cannot comment on other people's experience of Right-Side but I can certainly report the exceptional service provided to me. Around Mid-2018 I elected to transfer a pension fund to an alternative provider. It was only 12 months later when I learned from Hoyle Independent Advisors that in their opinion the resulting pension had been "Miss-Sold" to me. The matter was passed to Right-Side who dealt with the resulting claim on my behalf. They acted professionally throughout and kept my input to the necessary minimum. I was finally awarded FCS compensation which was far beyond my most optimistic expectations. My sincere thanks to Right-Side for a job well done and my recommendation to future clients.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, and having known how this company operate, I wouldn't have touched them with a bargepole.

The staff seem to have little to no knowledge of how the claims industry work. I have been bombarded with irrelevant paperwork and phone calls. If I knew I had to put this much time into this ordeal, I would have processed the claim myself and saved myself the rip off fees I had to pay for such a poor service.
