Had an awful experience with Rivermead Garage/Recovery LTD. Their customer service is absolutely shocking—rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. I contacted them for help, and not only were they slow to respond, but they also acted like they couldn’t be bothered. No communication, no updates, and when I finally managed to get through, I was met with a terrible attitude.

If you value your time and money, take your business elsewhere. Plenty of other garages and recovery services actually care about their customers—this is definitely not one of them!

Cannot recommend this company enough. I called them via Green Flag this morning because I had a flat tyre and they were with me after 37 minutes (on a Sunday morning!). The guy was wonderful, helped me remove all the junk from my car so we could release the spare wheel then changed the wheel while I went and ate breakfast! He even put all my junk back in the car! Today's visit alone more than justifies the very reasonable premium I pay for my breakdown cover.

Contacted Mercedes Benz for assistance, they contacted the RAC who contacted Rivermead recovery. Within the hour I was collected. The driver was very good and quick with the recovery to taunton. I would recommend this company to anyone needing first class assistance.

We contacted the AA regarding a breakdown and we were so lucky that Rivermead Recovery Ltd were sent out to help us. The technician was amazing and very knowledgeable. He had the part needed to get us back on the road for our 4 hour trip back to Essex. We arrived home safely after a stressful day. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic service, recovered my friends VW split screen camper. Neil Russell the driver was fantastic. The vehicle was carefully, safely and securely loaded ( as it is very low) and number plates and exhaust were protected and Neil went out of his way to get me back home. Can not thank or recommend Rivermead enough.
